Certain YouTube links are not handled correctly #9

Hi there
Today i noticed that shortlinks like https://youtu.be/IDENTIFIER?feature=shared are not rewritten correctly because the rewrite ends up missing the /watch?. The link should look like /watch?v=IDENTIFIER
I'll take a look if that's somehow easily fixable without making the regexes too complex
