[question] about accessing data for all sites #8

hello! i was interested in your extension and was curious why it needs to access data for all sites when it only redirects from certain urls?
i was looking to consolidate some other individual redirect extensions i was using, but they only access data for the websites in the relevant domains. if they can manage to do so, i'm not sure why it is necessary that this one is watching all urls.
