Expand the existing saas-boilerplate template to include EVM wallet connection and on-chain billing.

Requirements

• Add wagmi + viem + RainbowKit to existing saas-boilerplate
• On-chain subscription/billing integration
• Wallet-based authentication option
• Keep existing SaaS features intact (auth, billing, dashboard)
• .learn.md with explanations
