Custom line color depending on attached tag

It would be great if a todo line can be colorized depending on the attached tag. Especially if a task has a started tag it would be nice if this one is highlighted.

I open todo+ side-by-side with my working code, and its tab is not wide enough to see the complete line with all of its tags, does it have "started" tag or not. Often I forget to start the task because there is no enough sign if a specific task is already started or not. Sure we can see the status bar to see if the timer is ticking or not but I think it's too small and often we do not focus on it. So implementing this idea will be really cool.
