Need
The Home page shows a card with the number of connected peers. And the explorer node can indeed provide that list. However, the current front end does not display it.
Proposal
Add a peers section with the list of URLs of the connected peers. As this section is not a major one, there is no need to add a new menu option for it. It could be reached simply by clicking on the Peers connected card of the Home section.
The node query is simply peers.
