Hello, I would like to create semantic-ui-react binding also.

I found that some of the stuff I would like to use doesn't exist here (Tab etc)
Also, the repo has old deprecated reason syntax.
Should I fork this repo and start overwriting or can I start my own repository?
Can I use the same name if I start my own repo?
