ENH: Use pooch for larger example datasets in how-tos

Both the tutorial and this walkthrough use a number of annotation files from different datasets that we don't want to add to the package and increase its size

But it's annoying to have to download

We should make subsets from the full datasets of just the annotation files and then get those from Zenodo with pooch
