Add python code examples

In the Code Examples section, add example code for:

• using boto
• using ia-wrapper

(I will do this and send a pull request later this week)

The example for ia-wrapper would be better placed in its documentation rather than here, wouldn't it?

Hmm.. I suppose so.. There are already boto examples in the boto docs as well..

IA-specific examples in the boto docs? (yes, I could probably check for that myself, but I'm headed to the shower).

If not, then it would make sense to include them here. It certainly won't hurt.
