Move to stylelint from sass-lint & re-enable CI checks #60
Description
Sass Lint is now deprecated so I should move to stylelint.
I should then setup a GitHub action that can run my ./ci.sh script, potentially by making a new Ruby on Rails action: https://github.com/vkoves/vkoves.github.io/actions/new?category=continuous-integration
