fix: Remove sensitive data and fix broken tests

- Replace hardcoded IP/API keys with placeholders in specs
- Replace production server URL with localhost fallback
- Remove broken legacy tests (RemoteAgentBackend no longer exists)
- Update README roadmap (OpenRouter integration done)
