VCell does not comply with California Law 1798.501(b)

A recent California law would require VCell to ask operating systems what the age of our users are.

We technically don't have to do anything with the information, but as an application we must request the age of the user (within certain age brackets).

This may end up being a no-op, depending on European law. However, further research is warranted.
