fix: correct FrapBindings typo in chat supplemental action query

Bug Description

On the /chat page, one of the supplemental quick-action buttons has a label/value mismatch. The button label reads "How to model FrapBindings in VCell Software?" but the actual query value sent to the backend is "How to model FragBindings in VCell Software?" — the letters 'r' and 'a' are swapped.

This means clicking the button sends the wrong query to the AI, potentially returning irrelevant or incorrect results.
