I am experiencing what I assume is a user error, I haven't been able to google-fu my way out of the issue so I'm posting here. Hopefully this is the right place to ask.
I have Fedora KDE on the host, and windows 10 in the guest. I am attempting to install virtio in the guest, by mounting wirtio-win-0.1.266 and running virtio-win-gt-x64. 266 as I believe this is the recommended version for win 10. At which point I get the above error message.
I've tried with other versions of virtio. I have installed the current 266 version in Fedora to match what is in the guest, using the rpm.
Is there a guide for this process? Am I missing something obvious? Have I grasped the wrong end of the stick?
Thank you in advance if you can help.
