Here's what you'll need:
<ul>
<li>200g of dark chocolate</li>
<li>1/4 cup of coaco powder</li>
<li>1 tsp of Espresso</li>
<li>1+ 1/4 cups of melted butter</li>
<li>2+ 1/2 cups of sugar </li>
<li>6 eggs</li>
<li>1 cup of flour</li>
<li>1/2 cup of coaco powder</li>
<li>pinch of salt</li>
<li> tsp of Vanilla extract</li>
</ul>
Here are the steps:
<ol>
<li>Melt the chocolate with 1/4 cup of coaco powder + the tsp of Espresso + the butter on a low heat then put aside to cool down. </li>
<li> Beat the eggs until they double in size then gradually add all of the sugar with a good pinch of salt and some Vanilla extract and keep mixing for few more minutes.</li>
<li> In another bowl add the flour and 1/2 cup of coaco powder and mix gently. </li>
<li> Now, add the melted chocolate mix slowly to the eggs mix then the flour mix and mix gently until you end up with a brown silky batter.</li>
<li> Grease your baking tin and pour all your batter then add a pinch of salt on top.</li>
<li> Bake it for 40 to 45min in a preheated oven at 180°C</li>

<li>1 teaspoon salt</li>

<li>220 g of chocolate chunk</li>

<li>6 tablespoons vegetable oil</li>
<li>1 tablespoon white vinegar</li>
<li>2 teaspoons vanilla extract</li>
<li>1 tablespoon red food coloring</li>

<li>8 ounces cream cheese</li>
<li>1/2 cup butter room temperature</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon salt</li>
<li>4 cups powdered sugar</li>

<li> Make the frosting: Beat butter and cream cheese with a hand mixer in a large bowl until smooth, then mix in salt. Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time and beat in between each addition. Add vanilla and continue mixing a smooth frosting forms. Frost cupcakes as desired </li>
<li> Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to one month.</li>
