Support for non-root base url

Having a quick look at graph-explorer's code, it appears that almost all of the code assumes that it is running at the root of a vhost.

This can make hosting in ssl environments more difficult than it otherwise should be.

Feature request to support running at non-root urls, for example http://example.com/graph-explorer/
