trace normalization

It would be great to have an option to normalize each trace, I saw on the paper that it says it should have it but it doesn't. Appreciate it all the great work!!

Hey there, this seems not under active development anymore, however we have our own fork and I added trace normalization in this branch of the fork:

Right now it's max amp normalization but if you want other methods, it's pretty straightforward to add.
