- win_x64/win_x86/win_arm native file name is
XAtlas_wrap.dll, but in targets it is libXAtlas_wrap.dll
- osx-x64 native file name is
libXAtlas_wrap.dylib, but in targets it is libXAtlas_wrap.bundle
And the folder tree has an extra ..\
