Add "special" gif query

Currently, Sigma has queries, e.g. >>hug, that provide the following embed with a gif:

In reality, it would be ez pz to do this in Vimbot too. Just query giphy's api for "anime ______", replacing ______ with the situation (e.g. hug). If we do this, we can happily kick Sigma.

Oh, and the "themself" part, that's sorta another thing I didn't mention, if they @mention anyone then it says "/home/Nava hugs gytis", if not then it says "/home/Nava hugs themself", just smth to keep in mind
