streaming doesn't work locally but works in vercel

when I deployed this on vercel it works like the demo but when i get the repo and pull env vars and pnpm install & dev it doesn't stream , I only see the response after it's done. and document feature doesn't work. It hangs like this:

I started a new project from this template and faced the same issue. For me, inside the component apps/web/lib/editor/functions.tsx I added the prop mode=static to this line
