Is it  possible to use a post-build script? | @php artisan queue:work

I'd like to add this `@php artisan queue:work`. I've tried adding it to Composer > Scripts > Vercel, but when it's run in the build, it freezes and the deploy loops. Is there another way, or does the solution involve using a cron job or external services?
