CoRIM Extensions: Need better clarity on Extensions usage

In the CoRIM Extensions README.md for Map Extensions there is a nice table that Maps Extension Type and Extension Point.

However we need to exemplify also to which parent structure the Register Extension that uses the Extension Type and Extension Point applies.
