Encrypted BLE stops working after several days on iOS

Using pin-protected (encrypted) bluetooth on VESC Express stops connecting after several days on iOS devices.

This occurs on both VESC Tool and third-party apps, which leads me to believe it's related to VESC Express firmware.
In VESC Tool it presents itself as an "UnknownRemoteDeviceError"

This appears to be caused by mac address rotation on iOS devices. Currently testing a fix in #67 across several devices
