When UART App is enabled on ESC, no LispBM print output

Firmware version: 6.06
Hardware: VESC ESC connected via CAN to VESC Express
Connection path: VESC Tool → TCP → VESC Express → CAN → Target ESC
Observed behavior: When UART App is enabled on the target ESC, LispBM print output does not appear in VESC Tool console
Expected behavior: UART App setting should not affect LispBM console output over CAN, since they use independent hardware paths.
Confirmation: Disabling UART App immediately restores console output.

The prints are always directed to the output that last sent a packet, so if you use UART and something on UART sends commands using the commands interface the prints will be directed to the UART after that.
