Dear Vector Community,
After careful consideration, the Vector maintenance team has decided to migrate unofficial support from the support-archive channel to Github Discussions effective November 1, 2024. Please use GitHub Discussions for any questions or issues moving forward. This will help create a more searchable and accessible knowledge base, allowing others to easily find and learn from past discussions and solutions.
To help us assist you more efficiently, if you are reporting a bug, please create a new issue using this template: Bug Report Template. Providing more information, such as configuration, debug output, and bug reproduction steps will lead to faster responses. For other cases, please start a discussion here: Start a Discussion. If we identify a bug during the discussion, we can easily convert it into a bug report.
Our support policy is also available in https://vector.dev/community/#support.
TL;DR
Finally, we encourage the community to continue using other Discord channels to discuss Vector and VRL, share ideas, development tips, or anything else that may be interesting and helpful to the community.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
