Update spec to current Rosetta (1.4.9)

Hello, it looks like the current version of Rosetta is 1.4.9
https://github.com/coinbase/rosetta-specifications/releases

I see that the Vechain Rosetta implementation is on 1.4.1. Are there plans to update it to use the current specs?

Hi, for now i‘m testing rosetta on v1.4.1 with the coinbase team. when we finish it, we will continue to update code to support new rosetta version.
