Problem
When a user taps the Ping Driver button (which navigates them to the Drivers tab), there is no visual cue indicating how to actually ping a driver from that screen. New users don't know to look for the bell icon on each driver profile.
Proposed Behavior
After the user is brought to the Drivers tab via the Ping Driver action:
- The bell icon on the driver profile cards should blink orange with a smooth fade-in / fade-out (pulse) animation.
- The pulse should run for a couple of seconds (a few cycles), then settle back to its normal state.
- This serves as a one-shot affordance hint that the bell is the tappable target for sending a ping.
Notes
- Should only trigger when arriving at the tab via the Ping Driver entry point — not on every visit to the Drivers tab.
- Consider applying the pulse to all visible driver bell icons (not just one) so the user can pick whichever driver they want to ping.
- Use a soft/easing curve so the pulse feels like a hint, not an alert.
