Yes you have to get the latest SVN or the one from the TesNexus site.
Building the SVN can be a bit hairy as it require a library called BOOST that uses like 5 gigs of HD.
The Better Oblivion Sorting Software works for FO3 but not yet FONV latest at

Added Fallout: New Vegas support. Online masterlist location was put as data
/boss-fallout-new-vegas/masterlist.txt, but that's subject to change, and it
doesn't even exist yet.

I MEAN...The latest code.google SVN supports Fallout New Veges but the last at tesnexus.com does not yet support NV but will work with FO3
