[BUG] XML export return an error

Hello,

Running the XML adapter in CLI return:

and:

Even if I change the XML config by only:

{
 "filename": "git-excluded/export.xml"
}

i got:

(which is the same than before as this is the default value if not setted as I saw in the source code)

I can add that disabling E_ALL allow to get to the end.
