使用 html-proofer 检查历史遗留的死链

html-proofer

参考命令，在 Jekyll build 完成后进行：

bundle exec htmlproofer --url-swap '\/static\/:https\://lug.ustc.edu.cn/static/' ./_site

目前大约有 1000 余个问题。（不过绝大部分错误都是图片没有 alt）

由于执行时间很长，且新页面一般不会有死链，所以不考虑加入 CI。
