🐞 - Callback Success, but all emails appear as 'Queued' #406

What happened?

Been using useSend for some time, amazing tool here. Recently however, my instance has stopped reporting analytics/email send success/open statistics.

In /admin, callback status shows as 'Success', so I'm unsure what I'm doing wrong here.

I am also receiving an error in my Railway deployment, but I'm unsure if this is related:

[Error: Failed to find Server Action "x". This request might be from an older or newer deployment. Read more: https://nextjs.org/docs/messages/failed-to-find-server-action]

Any suggestions are welcome!
