The CARC ReFrame test suite is designed to cover broad functionality and performance for our various HPC clusters. The suite includes tests for the following areas:
- Single-node and multi-node Slurm jobs
- CPU, memory, and GPU performance
- I/O performance on various storage systems
- InfiniBand network performance
- Lmod software modules
- Apptainer container engine
- Programming environments (e.g., compilers, toolchains)
- Parallel programming (e.g., OpenMP, MPI, CUDA)
- Popular applications (e.g., Python, R, Julia)
- Software license server (e.g., MATLAB, Q-Chem)
- File downloads (via git clone)
