state command implementation

I noticed that the stateCommand is currently commented out and not implemented. here
Is there an existing plan to implement the state command or are there any technical reasons for leaving this unimplemented?

Hello @ilp-sys ,

we have not implemented the state command yet, since we have seen that it is not used from higher level container runtimes (e.g. containerd). Therefore, and since we do not use urunc without a high level container runtime, we have focused on other tasks. There are no specific technical limitations for not implementing this.
