Fine/Remote Scry is poorly documented #120

The only page I've found that has any real info about it is https://docs.urbit.org/userspace/apps/guides/remote-scry.
Searching for "fine" doesn't seem to return anything relevant.
That one guide doesn't explain many technical details that I've only found in external places like https://gist.github.com/belisarius222/d9a9c164817d3e8bbda3c45f7d2000b9.
Even with everything I've read on the docs site and elsewhere, it's still not clear to me how Ames and Fine are related.
