LC Call number normalization issue, QA76 .S73 no.93-1483 #28

Call numbers like this one:
QA76 .S73 no.93-1483
are being normalized for sorting so that the number after the hyphen, e.g. -1483, gets stripped out. In some cases these are serials with 30 or 40 issues under the same no.93, which causes problems with sorting them in the inventory app.
Switching call number normalization to a better and more complete solution (which is in the works) should fix this, along with #14 and #23.
