Invite-based join flow

Borderlands 2-like flow.

1. Host invokes invite dialog: https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/api/ISteamFriends#ActivateGameOverlayInviteDialog
2. Host selects client and invites him to lobby
3. Host creates session for that client only
4. Client accepts invitation
5. Client connects to host
