feat(discovery): add Token object-oriented notation (OON) format support and benchmark

Introduce Token OON parsing/serialization in the discovery pipeline so tools can expose tokenized, object-style descriptors.

I like this idea, we should however, benchmark the performance of the tool calling tools described with TOON and with JSON and compare.

But generally I think we should support both parsing from json and from toon
