Modify resource type to a more limited vocabulary and hid in interface for now

Modify the Resource Type vocabulary to a more limited list.

@rtapella suggests:

• OGC Application Package
• Workflow
• Ancillary data
• Auxilliary data
• Shell script
• Notebook

For now remove the UI element and se the default to the first item in the list "OGC Application Package"
