Make a mockup Deploy into ADES button in Invenio RDM

Modify Invenio RDM templates to add a mockup deploy button:

That deploy button should it a custom end point that just serves as a proof of concept.

The idea being that this task helps gauge the work needed to customize the RDM UI.
