Need a way to track changes made in tD #625
Description
User Story
As a GL Director I would like to know changes that happen in Events, Charters, and any updates made to Gateway Language data.
"Who has been updating everything and who has not. I want to see everything"
Definition of Done
Be able to activity by person, when they made modifications, and drill down to their activity.
