  This milestone marks the first (beta) release. The focus for this milestone is on making "universe-conquest" playable as soon as possible. This will mean mainly required features (e.g. game logic, 3D view, basic UI, registration etc.) will be implemented with just some comfort features on top. Furthermore this release is kind of a beta for the game intended for public testing. All bug-fixes, and further feature additions (no matter if necesarry or fance) will be done after this release in small update releases.
