VaryRun keeping intermediate files

Currently when a VaryRun is performed, all the intermediate files are kept in the directory. Should we instead just keep the final file ?

The problem here is that the intermediate files are non-converging input/output files and are not useful (in my opinion). I also believe this is a change from the previous behaviour (I do not know when this was change, or why)
