I work for a company that uses the Redmine extensively, I have found this tool and it is very, very good.
But based on my experience with other similar systems, I would recommend a couple of extra features that would be super useful for users.
1- Inactivity reminder:
a) When the time tracker is not active, capture the movement of the mouse, keyboard or other user actions and activate a desktop notification that alerts the user to activate the time tracker. Include this inactivity time setting in the options.
b) When the time tracker is active, capture the movement of the mouse, keyboard, or other user actions and activate a desktop notification that alerts the user that they have been inactive for X time and the time is running unnecessarily. Include this inactivity time setting in the options.
c) Include a maximum run time of the time tracker, when this maximum time is reached, it stops automatically and sends a desktop or email notification to the user.
