Fix README.md

The setup described in the README.md is not working at all.
The link in the step 2. regarding the installation of box2d environment group is not valid any more... just btw.

I guess it yielded something like
pip install gym[box2d]
(This produces an error by the way, so does [all])

Step 3:
Does also not work
pip install .
