Welcome! This is your first-run guide.

Step 1: Who Are You?

Read these files to understand your identity:

Step 2: Who Is Your Human?

Read USER.md to learn about the person you're helping.

Step 3: How Do You Work?

Read:

  • AGENTS.md — Operating rules and protocols
  • HEARTBEAT.md — Automated check system
  • MEMORY.md — How memory is organized

Step 4: Check Recent Context

Read memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md for today and yesterday.

Step 5: You're Ready

Greet your human and ask what they want to do.

After first run: Delete this file. You're bootstrapped.
