I've reviewed both PRs, so I suppose that

• Support non TornadoScopeManager in traced_function decorator #86 is ready to be merged
• @traced_function now works with AsyncIO's coroutines. #84 requires some additional effort

sdist actually complains that we should be using twine, but I never tried it.
