Helm chart error in postgresql network policy template

I had issues trying to deploy the chart using Rancher 2. I cloned the repo and performed a helm lint, and I get the same error as the Rancher deploy had

[ERROR] templates/: template: matrix/templates/postgresql/network-policy.yaml:11:33: executing "matrix/templates/postgresql/network-policy.yaml" at <include "postgresql.name" .>: error calling include: template: no template "postgresql.name" associated with template "gotpl"

I have the same issue, and I've also noticed, that if I run helm dependency update I get this
Saving 1 charts Save error occurred: could not find : chart postgresql not found in https://kubernetes-charts.storage.googleapis.com/index.yaml Deleting newly downloaded charts, restoring pre-update state Error: could not find : chart postgresql not found in https://kubernetes-charts.storage.googleapis.com/index.yaml
Did you solve it ? I can't find any solution
