Make sales report available

Download and somehow present the sales reports available for the account.

I'm currently exploring how the /v1/salesReports end point works and see how this can be integrated.
First test indicates it returns a gzip'ed tab separated text file.
And also that the API's picky about the filter parameter combination that is used.
I'll further comment on this issue as I discover more about the API and propose a way to integrate into the app.

I pushed a branch with a first go at doing something in https://github.com/ebariaux/ShipShape/tree/feature/sales_reports

You need to look up your vendor number (which you can find in upper left corner of the "Payments and Financial Reports" page in AppStoreConnect) and set-it in the DownloadSalesReportsView struct.
I'll need to add a UI to enter this, per account.

Next in the main toolbar, there's a "Download Sales Reports" button.
You can define a period for which you want to download the sales reports. This will download the daily sales summary reports for all days in that period (unless already downloaded) and store it as gz file (in app container)

Once this is done, after selecting an app, you can go to the Sales Reports section and it'll read the files and present the information as charts.

There is a bug in the display that I still need to fix.

Besides fixing the known issues and a bit of clean-up, I would like to

• have some features that are cross apps so that you could compare between different apps
• in addition to charts, I'd like to explore having a world map with sales represented as pins or some form of heat map

There are also other reports available but I'm not sure yet how to use / present them.

And I only tested things on macOS, no idea how this works / looks on other devices.
