Support for arch linux

this is a request for supporting arch linux or simply adding a linux executable because other builds are not running on my machine

You can try to build it by yourself. I've added instruction in this pull request #3. I just checked and the binaries for linux are actually identical so as long as you have the dotnet runtime it should work.
