Minutes in date field misaligned when zoomed out

The minutes in date field is misaligned when browser zoom is not 100%.

100% zoom:

85% zoom:

Found it in Safari, but its also in chrome:

Toggle zoom with Strg+- or CMD+-

Remove the bootstrap css to go the misalignment go away
