Compatibility with other addons

Creating one sticky issue for this, these compatibilities will always have lower prio than fixing the addon, but I do want to look at them whenever most of the base addon is working properly.

• Pretty Reputation (Retail)
• Inactive reputation headers (Retail + Classic)
• Paragon reputations (Retail)
• ElvUI (Retail + Classic)
• Pretty Reps (Retail)

#86 ElvUI compatibility was definitely broken due to changes, will mark it off here since i will be updating that issue with progress of fixing the detailframe.

Checked again, I don't personally have too many issues with "Pretty Reputation", so I will mark that one as complete for now, and add "Pretty Reps" instead.

Compatibility with PrettyReps is now included in the full-1.5.1-release version.
